Our standard cafe visit time is 2 hours. However, for private events, we allocate 2.5 hours to ensure your comfort.
You can also make a reservation for 3.5 hours by writing to us in advance. In this case, an additional 35% will be added to the total bill

The date and time of your event are confirmed upon payment of a deposit of PLN 400. Please note that in the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

- On-site by card (we will issue you an invoice immediately after payment).
- There is also an option to pay the full amount upfront for all participants. Additional costs (e.g., drinks, desserts, or a larger ceramic piece) can be settled on-site.
All our packages include one drink per person.
In private rooms:
You can bring only a cake and drinks. We will provide plates and spoons. There isn't enough time for other food, which is why we do not allow bringing additional food items. You can bring light alcoholic beverages (such as wine or prosecco).

If you plan to book a private room, it's best to contact us at least 3 weeks in advance.
Your ceramics will be ready for pickup 5 calendar days after your visit. For example, if you visited us on a Friday, your ceramics will be ready for you starting Wednesday.
We store all ceramic work for 2 weeks, so you have plenty of time to pick them up.

Not a problem at all! Most of our guests are painting for the first time, and that's exactly why we're here! 🎨 We've made everything super beginner-friendly:
- When you scan the QR code at your table, you'll find painting tips and an inspiration gallery.
- At our "paint bar," all the colors are ready to go, and our team is always nearby if you need help choosing, layering, or mixing colors.
- What's more, thanks to our special Stroke & Coat® paints, it's really hard to mess things up—your piece will be shiny and vibrant after firing, even if you were just having fun with colors!
We use Stroke & Coat® paints—these are high-quality ceramic glazes known for their vibrant, glossy finish and excellent coverage. They are food-safe, non-toxic, and become even more beautiful after firing.
